梅氏荷包鱼，Chaetodontoplus meridithii (Kuiter, 1989)，为辐鳍鱼纲鲈形目鲈亚目盖刺鱼科荷包鱼属的其中一种观赏性鱼类。英文名：Queensland yellowtail angelfish。
